This week in my class we discussed honesty and business ethics. The church teaches us to always be honest and it is also an extremely important thing when it comes to doing fair business with others. It is also important to have integrity, which means doing the right thing always even when no one is around to see what you are doing. These two qualities are vital when it comes to facing ethical dilemmas. One must know before hand what they will do in a situation that questions their ethics. If they already have it planned out in their mind that they will do the right thing and they will stick to their personal code of conduct or ethics then they will not have an issue when it comes to making a hard decision, because their mind is already made up.

This week as part of my journal I wanted to write about the importance of having goals. In my class we learned about having goals and taking the steps to reach those goals and the ethical boundaries we must set for ourselves when it comes to obtaining those goals.

Entreprenuership

This week in class I learned a lot about why I would want to be an entrepreneur. I really liked the video from the lesson titled "Do What You Love." He explains in this video about pursuing what you really want to do instead of wasting time, effort and money on something you'll be bored with your whole life.
